.History
Born in Washington under mysterious circumstances, James was taken as an infant back to his family's New York estate. Raised an only child in an upper class household, he came to know exactly why he was given such privledges growing up. He was always well aware of his family's wealth which may have given the boy his upfront approach to others, at the same time he resented what their money represented and refused to follow the political path of his father a senator. He aimed his career toward medicine and began college directly out of prep school. He was a busy child, far too involved in his activities to notice the light phenomena that followed him. It began slowly in the form of randomly dimming or brightening of light fixtures and escaladed toward the extreme with rapid pace.
